Can’t keep a staff. Won’t be coming back and don’t see this place staying very long either. Terrible mangement. Need more stylist mangement can’t seem to keep. Last two times I’ve been in sports hasn’t even been on!!!! Also always have to ask if the credit card machine is working. It’s always down more then the McDonald’s ice cream machine. Overall just not a clean, or even friendly place for a haircut. Mary rudely answered my questions with “new management” surely needs a whole new mangement. Won’t be coming back have gotten a better haircut at Supercuts then what I got yesterday. Emily was the only one still there and now she’s gone. I won’t be back everyone says that sportclips is awful after my first bad haircut with Mary I will let everyone know not to go to the location they cannot keep good stylist!

I have visited this location on numerous occasions. Each time, there seems to be new personnel. The quality of service is very inconsistent. Sometimes I have received the best haircut ever and sometimes I know my hair will grow back. One attraction of Sports Clips is the MVP service which includes a shampoo, hot towel and shoulder massage. I have experienced varied qualities of service and attention. One aspect of the service which is enough to have me seek alternate businesses is the wait time. Unless I go during the day, which is generally not possible, I have a wait of 30 minutes or more. I have walked out. Again, I sometimes have had great service and a great haircut but the inconsistency is frustrating.
